Amend a Florida annual report
Your Florida annual report can update officers, directors, managers and members, the registered agent and office, the principal and mailing addresses, and the FEIN; it cannot change the business name. If you already filed this year, a corporation can file an amended annual report for $61.25 and an LLC for $50.
